Shelley Holm

Co-Founder

Shelley brings 15 years of consulting experience in leading clients' most critical initiatives. With her technology and business acumen and known for building strong teams, clients look to Shelley for her deep expertise in business strategy, executive and board leadership, sales & marketing, organizational design and transformational change. Prior to co-founding Forum Solutions, Shelley built the Media & Technology Practice at Point B, Inc.

Shelley has authored papers and presented on topics including mobile strategies, strategic planning and bringing people through transformational change. She serves on the National Board of The Moyer Foundation where she Chairs the Governance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. Shelley holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and earned her MBA, Cum Laude, from Seattle University. When not serving clients, she is likely playing tennis, skiing (water and snow) or traveling with her family.

Paul Lambert

Co-Founder

Interim Leadership, Growth, Process Improvement

Paul has over 25 years of experience in consulting and has led numerous projects in the healthcare, technology, transportation and non-profit sectors. He is the co-founder of Forum Solutions where he specializes in interim executive leadership, building new growth strategies and improving critical customer processes. He is practiced and enthusiastic about developing strategy in the “lean” way. If your organization needs experienced, objective, and insightful advice to build a new approach to your customers, organizational structure or to find new ways to grow in your market Paul is your man.

Previously Paul served as President of Point B Inc., an award winning regional consulting firm. He received an MBA with honors from Seattle University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Paul has co-authored articles on improving the consumer experience in healthcare in Becker’s Hospital Review and Managed Healthcare Executive. He has lived in Seattle for over 25 years and has served on many local boards and community organizations like nPower Northwest, Seattle University’s Center for Leadership and the George Pocock Rowing Foundation. When he is not serving clients he is likely competing in a master’s rowing race, biking the hilly back roads of Washington or hiking in the Methow Valley.

Geeta McCormack

Co-Founder

Strategy, People Development, Business Advisory

Geeta is a hands-on business leader with over 25 years of consulting and advisory experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, non-profit, higher education, media and manufacturing. Geeta is passionate about building effective teams, developing people and partnering with her clients to achieve their strategic objectives. She is one of the few that can go deep into the details while keeping the big picture in mind.

Prior to founding Forum Solutions in 2015, Geeta served as Managing Director of Point B Inc’s seven regional practices, fully responsible for financial and operational performance. During her 14-year tenure Geeta helped lead Point B from a Seattle based start-up to a regional management consulting firm.

Geeta’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting from the University of Illinois and she received her MBA from the University of Washington. She is a recovering CPA.

Throughout her consulting career, Geeta has helped clients solve diverse and complex business problems while creating a positive impact on her local community through non-profit boards. Geeta has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Providence Hospice of Seattle and currently serves as Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Executive Committee for the Board of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington.

When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving as the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Brownie troop.

Jordan Dix

Project & Program Leadership, e-Commerce, Supply Chain

Jordan is a talented associate with an uncanny dedication to serving clients. She is a native North-Westerner and graduated from Seattle University in Digital Design. She plays a variety of roles for clients, helping develop and deploy new consumer-centric processes, managing the project lifecycle and developing e-Commerce supply chain capabilities. She is perfectly at ease working in fast-paced situations from the start-up world to enterprise technology projects. Prior to joining Forum, she worked at e-Commerce start-up Julep, where completed a program to launch a subscription solution to improve the consumer online experience. She is a master of pivot tables and knows her way around consumer data analysis. When not serving clients, she is likely doing pilates, reading a great book or traveling internationally.

jonathan hensley

Healthcare Strategy

Jonathan partners with Forum to provide a unique and holistic perspective on the healthcare landscape today. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry in senior executive roles for companies including Regence, Cigna and Premera. He advises clients on healthcare provider network strategy, mergers and acquisition and developing growth strategies in the rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

Gillian o'connell

Brand, Go to Market, Customer Experience

Gillian is a senior leader in the development and practical application of brand strategy. She has experience in complex global branding programs for fortune 500 companies. She is a former executive team member of Hornall Anderson, where she was responsible for Account Service across the portfolio. She attended the University College Cork, Ireland and has not lost her brogue, even though she’s been in the US for 20 years. Her wit, enthusiasm for people, deep knowledge of the process of developing effective brand strategies and unique perspective on what can be accomplished in rapid brand story prototyping can help companies quickly pivot to new positioning, or refresh and extend their current brand strategy. She is currently working on select assignments, playing tennis and raising her new family.

charles seybold

Product & New Venture Development

Charles is a serial entrepreneur, technology maven, investor and board member. He works with Forum to advise early stage companies on executive level matters including securing investment capital, SaaS strategy and product development. He is currently active in the local startup community and working closely with Academy.io, an early stage education startup. Prior to this he co-founded LiquidPlanner.com where he served in various roles including CEO and Chief Product Officer. Charles continues to serve as investor and member of LiquidPlanner’s board of directors. Charles has a Computer Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a front-line software engineer before moving into program- and executive-management. He has been engaged in engineering and product work for over three decades ranging from early stage start-ups to mature software companies including Microsoft and Expedia.com.

Michelle perez

Strategy, Operations, Change Management

Michelle has over 12 years of consulting experience and her thoughtful, analytical mind is always focused on the most critical client initiatives. She brings expertise in strategic planning and execution, market analysis, product marketing, and process development. Michelle can fit into a lot of client puzzles from designing and delivering creative bottom-line change management programs to managing large cross-organization programs and has served clients in education, non-profit and retail industries. Michelle holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
