Shelley brings 15 years of consulting experience in leading clients' most critical initiatives. With her technology and business acumen and known for building strong teams, clients look to Shelley for her deep expertise in business strategy, executive and board leadership, sales & marketing, organizational design and transformational change. Prior to co-founding Forum Solutions, Shelley built and led the Media & Technology Industry Practice at Point B, Inc.
Shelley has authored papers and presented on topics including mobile strategies, strategic planning and bringing people through transformational change. She serves on the National Board of The Moyer Foundation where she Chairs the Governance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. Shelley holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and earned her MBA, Cum Laude, from Seattle University.
When not serving clients, she is likely playing tennis, skiing (water and snow) or traveling with her family.
Interim Leadership, Growth, Process Improvement
Paul has over 25 years of experience in consulting and has led numerous projects in the healthcare, technology, transportation and non-profit sectors. He is practiced and enthusiastic about developing strategy in the “lean” way - providing experienced, objective, and insightful approaches to help clients grow.
Previously Paul served as President of Point B Inc. where he led the firm through its strongest growth. He has co-authored articles on improving the consumer experience in healthcare in Becker’s Hospital Review and Managed Healthcare Executive.
Paul received an MBA with honors from Seattle University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has served on many local boards and community organizations including nPower Northwest, Seattle University’s Center for Leadership and the George Pocock Rowing Foundation.
When he is not serving clients he is likely competing in a master’s rowing race, biking the hilly back roads of Washington or hiking in the Methow Valley.

Geeta is a hands-on business leader with over 25 years of consulting and advisory experience across a variety of industries. Geeta is passionate about building effective teams, developing people and partnering with her clients to achieve their strategic objectives. She is one of the few that can go deep into the details while keeping the big picture in mind.
Prior to founding Forum Solutions in 2015, Geeta served as Managing Director of Point B Inc’s seven regional practices where she helped lead the firm from a Seattle based start-up to a regional management consulting firm.
Geeta’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting from the University of Illinois and she received her MBA from the University of Washington. She is a recovering CPA. Geeta has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Providence Hospice of Seattle and currently serves as Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Executive Committee for the Board of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington.
When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving as the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Brownie troop.

Stephanie is a seasoned associate who has built a career in the healthcare field, with over 12 years of professional experience within the industry and consulting. She is proficient in strategic and business planning, competitive and go-to-market analysis, product development and dissemination, customer and stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning and execution. Previously she served as the COO of a technology-based startup focused on solving complex data problems in the healthcare sector.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Conneticut and an MBA from the University of California Davis. When she’s not focusing on clients, she’s enjoying everything the Puget Sound community has to offer including the great outdoors, the city life of food and music, and sporting events (go Sounders).
Customer Experience, Technology Strategy & Implementation, Project & Program Leadership
Brian is a seasoned consultant who brings a deep understanding of business process, SaaS, and Cloud migration to technology solutions. He has over 20 years of experience designing and deploying business processes and solutions in the fields of healthcare technology, knowledge management, business intelligence, process automation, contact centers and customer operations.
As both an analytical and a conceptual thinker, Brian partners with his clients to effectively assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. His experience with a variety of organizations throughout a number of business sectors provides a unique perspective that allows him to assess complex situations and identify and implement the appropriate solution.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. When he is not working with his clients he enjoys playing volleyball, traveling and restoring vintage cars and motorcycles.
Jonathan partners with Forum to provide a unique and holistic perspective on the healthcare landscape today. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry in senior executive roles for companies including Regence, Cigna and Premera. He advises clients on healthcare provider network strategy, mergers and acquisitions and developing growth strategies in the rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
Strategy Development, Brand, Go-To Market, Customer Experience
Susan brings expertise in strategic planning, business planning and the design and implementation of creative, timely, and realistic strategies to multi-dimensional problems facing public and private sector entities. Susan also excels at developing data driven analyses to support decision making. Prior to joining Forum, Susan founded and launched the go-to-market strategies for an apparel company in Vietnam and an award-winning chocolate company in San Francisco. She also served as an advisor to Pepsico through the Yale Center for Customer Insights and holds a certificate in design thinking.
Susan holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard College. She is a past Coro Fellow in Public Affairs and currently serves as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. In her downtime she enjoys training to summit Mt. Rainier, performing in indie arts projects, organizing reunions and experimenting with her sous vide cooker.
Brand, Go to Market, Customer Experience
Gillian is a senior leader in the development and practical application of brand and marketing strategies. She has experience in complex global branding programs for fortune 500 companies. Her wit, enthusiasm for people, deep knowledge of the process of developing effective brand strategies and unique perspective on what can be accomplished in rapid brand story prototyping can help companies quickly pivot to new positioning, or refresh and extend their current brand strategy.
Prior to joining Forum, she was Vice President and Head of Account Service at Hornall Anderson. She attended the University College Cork, Ireland and has not lost her brogue, even though she’s been in the US for 20 years. She is currently working on select assignments, playing tennis and raising her new family.
Supply Chain, Technical Project & Program Management, Business Analysis
Mary Lee is a skilled associate with a passion for collaborating with clients to deliver the best possible outcomes. She brings strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on creating an outstanding customer experience. With a background in the start-up world, Mary Lee is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and tailoring solutions to fit a variety of needs. She brings deep experience in a variety of areas including supply chain; technical project management of custom developed systems, web sites and mobile applications; construction project management; business analysis and quality assurance.
Mary Lee is a Northwest native with a degree in English and Fine Arts from Washington State University.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking (and eating!) new things, spending time with family, and fostering rescue puppies in partnership with a local non-profit.
Product & New Venture Development
Charles is a serial entrepreneur, technology maven, investor and board member. He works with Forum to advise early stage companies on executive level matters including securing investment capital, SaaS strategy and product development.
Charles is active in the local startup community and working closely with Academy.io, an early stage education startup. Prior to this he co-founded LiquidPlanner.com where he served in various roles including CEO and Chief Product Officer. Charles continues to serve as investor and member of LiquidPlanner’s board of directors.
Charles has a Computer Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been engaged in engineering and product work for over three decades ranging from early stage start-ups to mature software companies including Microsoft and Expedia.com.
Supply Chain, Project & Program Leadership
Catherine brings project and program experience to Forum clients, helping them develop and deploy new processes, programs, and tools. She blends her technical and business expertise to develop automation and systems improvements that enhance operations and create tangible cost savings. She is comfortable in fast paced environments and helps drive decisions based on quality data and metrics.
In her previous role, she offered strategic guidance to the Nordstrom Supply Chain and Engineering group. Catherine holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University. In her downtime, she enjoys solving puzzles, participating in various sporting events, and hiking with her puppy, Huxley.
Supply Chain, Cloud Computing, Project & Program Leadership
Erik is a seasoned associate who has worked with diverse organizations, from early stage start-ups to the Fortune 50. He has delivered results for clients in global logistics, import-export, and Software as a Service businesses. He is experienced in creating business value at any stage of development from a nascent idea in assessing global supply chains to delivering a model to predict when to scale resources in a cloud enterprise operation. He uses his deep analytical skills to uncover growth opportunities and drive decisions from complex data.
Erik has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University and an MBA from Cornell with a concentration in Finance. When he’s not serving clients, he is helping raise his young family, rowing or practicing cross-fit with a little too much enthusiasm.
