Forum Solutions Welcomes Shawn Roseman

Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Shawn Roseman has joined as Consultant.

Shawn is a big picture, strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven solutions approach. She has 20 years of global project and program management experience leading projects in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Shawn is highly skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create valuable partnerships and customer-focused solutions. She is a creative problem-solver who thrives in navigating ambiguity and evolving environments, and has done so in Spanish, French, and Italian.

Shawn holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with a Certificate in International Development from the Evans School, and her BA from Georgetown University in Sociology and French. She is also PMP certified.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Shawn led artificial intelligence data solutions projects using global crowdsourcing, managed international economic development projects, and worked as a bilingual social worker in the healthcare field.

When not partnering with clients, Shawn is likely coaching Special Olympics skiing or girls’ soccer, biking, swimming, listening to live music, or exploring different countries and cultures.
