Which Forum Values resonates most with you and why?
Forum’s values of authenticity and inclusion resonate with me. I value the connections we build with our clients and community by being our authentic selves. Forum supports their consultants to participate in community activities that are meaningful to them. Over my four years here, I have built several long-lasting relationships with clients, which I treasure and look forward to connecting with for many years to come.
What industry do you primarily work in?
Most of my career has been in the healthcare sector, focusing on lab and data solutions. When I began leading a multi-year healthcare research system upgrade, I was able to draw upon my research lab background to bring valuable end user insights to the engagement. This perspective allows me to contribute to thoughtful and innovative solutions that drive both functionality and operability of the new system for better research data access.
What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, especially at our family cabin. We can often be found up at the lake throughout the summer working remotely from the wood. I am also very involved with my daughters’ Girl Scouts troop as the travel advisor by supporting them in planning adventures around the world and to be independent and strong female leaders in the future.
How does Forum’s local presence benefit its clients?
Forum's local presence benefits their clients by having consultants who are not only there to do a great job, but really understand what is important to the local community because we are a part of the local community. By keeping our presence local, we share values and concerns for local events and news which help us build deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients.
