Forum Associate Spotlight: Shawn Roseman

Welcome to the Forum Solutions Associate Spotlight Series: where we celebrate the remarkable professional and personal accomplishments of our associates on their work anniversaries.

Introduction:

We are proud to celebrate Shawn Roseman’s 3-year anniversary with Forum Solutions. Shawn is an experienced Program and Project Manager with a proven track record in different industries, designing, standing up, implementing and evaluating new programs across the globe.  She has consistently collaborated with diverse, cross-functional teams, driving organizational change and results in dynamic, quick-paced, and often ambiguous environments. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys the outdoors, different cultures, coaching youth soccer, and driving the inclusion of athletes with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

What is one thing that sets Forum apart from other consulting firms?

Forum stands out for its culture of authenticity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Consultants are backed by support at all levels - from directors to peers - so the focus remains on delivering tailored and meaningful solutions that really address challenges, not just polished presentations or reports.

Describe one project you are particularly proud of?

One project I am particularly proud of is establishing quarterly planning and prioritization for a complex team managing a diverse portfolio of projects, programs, and product work. This initiative required breaking down silos and finding the right level of detail to align efforts effectively. I collaborated closely with multiple leaders and stakeholders, designed useful tools, and facilitated global meetings to bring visibility to all ongoing work. As a result, the team was able to assess priorities more clearly and view a holistic portfolio.

What is a side project or personal passion that excites you?

I am excited about my role as the Athletes Without Limits USA Winter Sports Director. I get the chance to move the needle on inclusion of alpine ski racers with IDD with the dream of one day gaining access into Paralympics. This work brings together my passion for the IDD community, global connection with people who share this passion and mission, and love for sport and competition. Expanding the program to launch new events and connect with high-performing athletes with IDD across the US is helping to build momentum, create real opportunities, and drive systemic change. These athletes bring incredible drive, resilience, and heart to whatever they do - and I am fortunate to be part of their journey.

How do you give back to the greater Seattle community?

I am proud to work at Forum, a firm of people who individually and collectively genuinely care about the Seattle community. One important role I have played for many years is as a Seattle Public Middle School soccer coach for both boys and girls. The team includes teens from a range of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds - some who have played for years, others brand new to the game, different grade levels, and students who are dealing with challenges of being unhoused to hearing impairment. Creating an environment where every player feels part of the team and can grow both on and off the field is important to me. Coaching gives me a hands-on way to give back and stay connected to the Seattle community I care about through soccer, a sport I love.

I also just had the exciting experience of volunteering for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup which took place in several select cities throughout the U.S. including Seattle. This was so inspiring working with such a wide range of people from all walks of life, all excited to be a part of this global event in Seattle!  Go Sounders!
