Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company, announced Frank Buysse has joined as Sales Executive

Frank brings extensive business development experience and deep roots in the Pacific Northwest to his role at Forum Solutions. His passion for helping clients solve complex challenges has fueled his success throughout his career. He has a proven track record of connecting organizations with professional service solutions across diverse industries, including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and high-tech.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Frank grew market share at Controlled Contamination Services by uncovering new opportunities in the manufacturing specialty cleaning space. At BBSI, he led large-scale initiatives and designed strategic programs to help clients reach their goals through outsourced HR, payroll, and business consulting services. During his time as Area Sales Director at Lee Hecht Harrison, he delivered innovative workforce transformation, leadership development, and career management solutions tailored to client needs.

Frank earned his bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is also an alumnus of Leadership Tomorrow, Seattle’s premier community leadership organization that educates, inspires, connects, and catalyzes leaders across Western Washington.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys exploring the outdoors, often hiking or skiing in the Cascade Mountains, and spending quality time near the water or traveling with his wife and three daughters.
