Forum Solutions Welcomes Cierra McCarty

Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Cierra McCarty has joined as Analyst.

Cierra is a dedicated Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing creative solutions to challenging projects. She holds a degree in International Relations, concentrating in International Security, and a minor in Film and Media Studies from Tufts University. At Tufts, she gained valuable experience in high-pressure environments as a student-athlete by qualifying for the Swimming and Diving NCAA Championships.

When not partnering with clients, Cierra enjoys watching and producing films, traveling, swimming, and hiking. She brings curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative spirit to both her professional and personal pursuits, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
