We are proud to celebrate Scott Bartlett’s 3-year anniversary with Forum Solutions. Scott is a customer-focused leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering technical and operational solutions in complex environments. Outside of work, Scott enjoys coaching soccer and spending time with his family.

Which Forum Values resonates most with you and why?

The values that resonate with me most are Forum’s philanthropic efforts and client engagement. I greatly appreciate the commitment of all members to our philanthropic initiatives, such as food banks and shelters, as it is inspiring to witness the collective effort towards positively impacting our local community. Furthermore, our clients and community are central to our operations. Over my three years here, I have built several strong relationships with clients, which I highly value. 

What industry do you primarily work in?

I primarily work in the technology sector, focusing on financial and environmental applications. Recently, I have been involved in several Oracle Financial projects. These fields allow me to contribute to innovative solutions that drive both economic growth and environmental sustainability.

What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?

I have been a soccer coach for 23 years and a player for nearly 40. My wife and I have dedicated many weekends to supporting kids and sports. When we have weekends off, we love hiking with our children and dogs.

Forum actively supports and uplifts small businesses around Seattle, frequently spotlighting them to provide valuable exposure and opportunities for growth. This is the main reason I love working here.
