Business Problem

After developing a broad strategic plan, a local healthcare provider group needed help creating an associated deployment roadmap.

Approach

​​Forum facilitated large scale multi-disciplinary working sessions to translate the strategic plan into an actionable, prioritized deployment roadmap and associated operational plan.

Results

The resulting operational plan incorporated milestones, targets, and alignment to the overall strategic plan that was presented to and approved by executive leadership and the board of directors.
