Shelley brings 15 years of consulting experience in leading her clients' most critical initiatives. With her technology and business acumen and known for building strong teams, clients look to Shelley for her deep expertise in business strategy, executive and board leadership, sales & marketing, organizational design and transformational change.
Prior to co-founding Forum Solutions, Shelley built and led the Media & Technology Industry Practice at Point B, Inc.
Shelley has authored papers and presented on topics including mobile strategies, strategic planning and bringing people through transformational change. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and earned her MBA, Cum Laude, from Seattle University.
When not partnering with clients, she is likely playing tennis, wake surfing, skiing or traveling with her family.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in consulting and has led numerous projects in the healthcare, technology, transportation and non-profit sectors. He is practiced and enthusiastic about developing strategy in the “lean” way - providing experienced, objective, and insightful approaches to help clients grow.
Previously Paul served as President of Point B Inc. where he led the firm through its strongest growth. He has co-authored articles on improving the consumer experience in healthcare in Becker’s Hospital Review and Managed Healthcare Executive.
Paul received an MBA with honors from Seattle University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has served on many local boards and community organizations including nPower Northwest, Seattle University’s Center for Leadership and the George Pocock Rowing Foundation.
When he is not partnering with clients, he is likely competing in a master’s rowing race, biking the hilly back roads of Washington or hiking in the Methow Valley.

Geeta is a hands-on business leader with over 25 years of consulting and advisory experience across a variety of industries. Geeta is passionate about building effective teams, developing people and partnering with her clients to achieve their strategic objectives. She is one of the few that can go deep into the details while keeping the big picture in mind.
Prior to founding Forum Solutions in 2015, Geeta served as Managing Director of Point B Inc’s seven regional practices where she helped lead the firm from a Seattle based start-up to a regional management consulting firm.
Geeta’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and she received her MBA from the University of Washington. She is a recovering CPA. Geeta has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Providence Hospice of Seattle and currently serves as Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Executive Committee for the Board of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington.
When she is not partnering with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving as the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Brownie troop.
Scott Bartlett

Chris is an influential program and product leader with extensive experience managing multi-level initiatives within the retail & supply chain vertical. Utilizing a customer first mentality with technical acumen, Chris has delivered business value in core areas of Merchandising (Item, Price, Order, Financial/Demand Planning) & Supply Chain (Inventory Planning/Management) with a variety of solutions (ERP & SAAS). This extensive experience in driving digital innovation across some of the biggest retail brands includes both with domestic and global footprints.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Eastern Washington University.
When Chris is not partnering with clients, he pursues his passion for outdoor activities or aviation. If he is not attempting “to find a path through the trees” in Stevens during winter, he is hoping for a sunny day to plan the next “island hop” flight to the San Juans.

Maren is deeply passionate about enabling others to be the most efficient at what they do through servant leadership and looks forward to utilizing her critical thinking ability to proactively help Forum scale efficiently and continuously improve.
Maren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations, Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems from Gonzaga University.
Outside of work, Maren can be found spending quality time with friends and family, singing in choir, experimenting with new recipes, or planning her next travel adventure.

When not partnering with clients, Jocelino is a lover of all sports, he enjoys watching just about all the sports out there. Tennis, Formula 1, and NBA are amongst his current top 3. Jocelino enjoys playing competitive tennis and is looking forward to getting his hands on golf as well as exploring the many hikes Washington has to offer. Being relatively new to Washington and the United States, he likes the opportunity to visit as many US cities as possible, even the ones people don't recommend.
