Shelley Holm

With her technology and business acumen and known for building strong teams, clients look to Shelley for her deep expertise in business strategy, executive and board leadership, sales & marketing, organizational design and transformational change.

    Prior to co-founding Forum Solutions, Shelley built and led the Media & Technology Industry Practice at Point B, Inc.

    Shelley has authored papers and presented on topics including mobile strategies, strategic planning and bringing people through transformational change. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and earned her MBA, Cum Laude, from Seattle University.

    When not partnering with clients, she is likely playing tennis, wake surfing, skiing or traveling with her family.

Paul Lambert

  • Paul has over 25 years of experience in consulting and has led numerous projects in the healthcare, technology, transportation and non-profit sectors. He is practiced and enthusiastic about developing strategy in the “lean” way - providing experienced, objective, and insightful approaches to help clients grow.

    Previously Paul served as President of Point B Inc. where he led the firm through its strongest growth. He has co-authored articles on improving the consumer experience in healthcare in Becker’s Hospital Review and Managed Healthcare Executive.

    Paul received an MBA with honors from Seattle University and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has served on many local boards and community organizations including nPower Northwest, Seattle University’s Center for Leadership and the George Pocock Rowing Foundation.

    When he is not partnering with clients, he is likely competing in a master’s rowing race, biking the hilly back roads of Washington or hiking in the Methow Valley.

Geeta McCormack

Geeta is passionate about building effective teams, developing people and partnering with her clients to achieve their strategic objectives. She is one of the few that can go deep into the details while keeping the big picture in mind.

    Prior to founding Forum Solutions in 2015, Geeta served as Managing Director of Point B Inc’s seven regional practices where she helped lead the firm from a Seattle based start-up to a regional management consulting firm.

    Geeta’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and she received her MBA from the University of Washington. She is a recovering CPA. Geeta has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Providence Hospice of Seattle and currently serves as Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Executive Committee for the Board of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington.

    When she is not partnering with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving as the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Brownie troop.

 

Scott Bartlett

    When Chris is not partnering with clients, he pursues his passion for outdoor activities or aviation. If he is not attempting “to find a path through the trees” in Stevens during winter, he is hoping for a sunny day to plan the next “island hop” flight to the San Juans.
