Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Antje Helfrich has joined as Senior Consultant.

Antje is a strategic transformation leader with a proven track record of helping clients in the Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Utilities, Non-Profit and Public sectors develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Antje is a PROSCI® Certified Change Management Practitioner who applies exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to help organizations set up for success.

Antje thrives in environments with complex challenges requiring a mix of big picture view and keen attention to detail. She balances creativity with analytical rigor and brings high energy & passion to her work.

Antje has a MA in Computational Linguistics, one of the precursors to modern AI.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Antje had a successful consulting career where she le d strategic initiatives for multiple clients.

Outside of work, Antje loves getting outside to hike and run, reading a good book, practicing her emergent Italian skills, and cooking for her family and friends.
